Meet Lisa - the founder of CPR All Stars

Lisa is a proud mom of two daughters, a former Lifeguard, Swim Instructor, Pool manager, Swimming School manager and Safety Coordinator for Nucor Rebar Fabrication in San Diego, CA. She has been teaching and training in various areas of Safety and Lifesaving since 1987. After surviving a rare type of heart attack, known as a S.C.A.D., in 2021, she decided to use her second chance at life, to "pay it forward" and now enjoys teaching others the skills they need to save the life of a loved one, themselves or a stranger.

Designed for the general public, parents, teachers, coaches, and workplace employees. It teaches basic CPR, how to use an AED, and how to respond in common emergencies.

CPR / AED / First Aid

Includes everything in the basic CPR / AED class, as well as how to recognize and respond to common first aid emergencies, including severe bleeding, shock, burns, fractures, strokes and others.

BLS (Basic Life Support)

Designed for healthcare providers and first responders. It includes more advanced CPR and AED skills, team-based resuscitation, bag-mask ventilation, and additional clinical scenarios.
